All prices displayed on our website are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) unless otherwise stated.

Payments for purchases are processed securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) Payment Gateway. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to abide by BML’s terms and conditions, as well as our own.

We do not collect, process, or store your card details on our website. All sensitive payment information is securely handled by the BML Payment Gateway.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be notified regarding the delivery of your jewelry, which may be arranged through our nationwide delivery service, or you can opt for in-store pickup as per the “Pick Up” appointment option.

We recommend that you retain a copy of your transaction records.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final for custom-made items, including those designed through the “Build Your Ring” section. For other purchases, we may offer returns or exchanges at our discretion within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

4. Services and Appointments

For custom ring designs through the “Build Your Ring” section, you may provide additional details such as ring size, engraving preferences, and design specifications. We use this information solely to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

5. Product Usage and Care

All jewelry purchased from Crown Diamond Jewelleries comes with a lifetime warranty, as well as free cleaning, maintenance, and resizing services, as indicated on our website. These services are subject to our internal policies and may require scheduling an appointment.

You are responsible for proper care of the jewelry to maintain its condition. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions provided at the time of purchase.
