Nationwide Delivery
Crown Diamond Jewelleries offers nationwide delivery across the Republic of Maldives for all purchases. Once your payment is successfully processed, we will arrange delivery to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and you will be notified of the estimated delivery date.

In-Store Pickup
You may also choose to pick up your purchase in-store by scheduling a “Pick Up” appointment through our “Book an Appointment” section. You will need to provide your full name, email, and phone number to confirm the appointment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders as part of our nationwide delivery service. Any additional fees, such as customs duties for international orders (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or incorrect items, please contact us at [email protected] within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Custom-Made Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made jewelry, including items designed through the “Build Your Ring” section, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom orders unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.

Other Purchases
For non-custom jewelry purchases, we may offer returns or exchanges at our discretion within seven (7) days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the defect.

Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment booked through our website, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing [email protected] or calling +960 9988122 / 7500824. Failure to notify us may result in limited availability for rescheduling.

Warranty and Maintenance Policy

Lifetime Warranty
All jewelry purchased from Crown Diamond Jewelleries comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers repairs or replacements due to defects in materials or workmanship, subject to our assessment.

Free Maintenance and Resizing
We offer free cleaning, maintenance, and resizing services for all jewelry purchased from us. To avail of these services, you must schedule an appointment through the “Book an Appointment” section, selecting the “Resize – Maintenance” option.

Care Instructions
To maintain the condition of your jewelry, please follow the care instructions provided at the time of purchase. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow these instructions.

Service Process
Maintenance services may require you to drop off your jewelry at our store in Malé, Maldives. You will be notified when the service is complete, and you can either pick up the item in-store or have it delivered back to you through our nationwide delivery service.
