What if my warranty number is not found?
If your warranty number cannot be located in our system, please visit any Crown Diamond Jewelleries showroom with your jewellery item and proof of purchase (if available). Our team will verify the item based on its design, engraving, and purchase records to assist you.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. The warranty and lifetime service benefits are issued exclusively to the original purchaser and are not transferable to another individual.
Does resizing void the warranty?
No. Ring resizing does not void the warranty when performed by Crown Diamond Jewelleries. Ring resizing is provided free of labour charge. Material (Gold) cost applies only if required.
Resizing done by third parties or unauthorised jewellers may void the warranty.
What if the engraving is no longer visible?
Engraving may fade over time due to normal wear, polishing, or resizing. This does not affect the authenticity of the jewellery or void the warranty. Re-engraving services may be available upon request.

Does the lifetime free maintenance service include repairs?
The lifetime free maintenance service includes professional cleaning, polishing (subject to scratch depth), stone inspection, tightening, and general condition checks.
Major repairs or replacement of materials may incur additional charges.

Please visit any Crown Diamond Jewelleries showroom with your jewellery item and warranty certificate or card. If available, bring your proof of purchase. Our customer support team will assess the item and guide you on the next steps.
